On the new bite valve it might be hard to see the opening. Suggestion: Put the valve in warm water and about 15 minutes later you can work start to work open the slit for the water to come through

Thanks for making this video. I just bought a Zulu 45 for grocery shopping. I'm trying it out this week. In a test I packed a flat twenty-four cans of soda and it was an almost tight fit. Looking forward to my next grocery shopping outing.

Hi, I've had one of these for about a year. Today I was unable to get water out of the bladder through the tubing. I came home, took the upper tube off, cleaned it, can blow air through it. I can't remove the lower tubing and it looks like there's now way to clean that. The water comes up the lower tube but won't move through the quick connect to the upper tube with the bite valve. I tried this with 1L of water which is the minimum I would take. Is there a fix or do I need to replace?

Great video! Question, I have a Gregory Denali 75 liter pack but the hip belt (large) is a little two big, if I cinch the straps to the max it's still a little loose. Can I adjust the hip belt further somehow? Or do I need to replace it with a smaller size? Thanks for any advice.

I have a Paragon 48 for a while and I'm very satisfied with it - perfect backpack. I've decided to get something lighter for a day pack from Gregory and tested the Miko 25. Unfortunately I had to return it :( The main problem I found was about the back system, that it's not comfortable at all because of the missing frame. You can feel on your back any hard object put inside the pack (like bottles, food or other objects), and the weight feels it's all on just the shoulders. Another problem was the ventilation that it's just not there. My back got hot and sweaty just testing the pack. Also I wondered how a backpack made for hiking is missing the rain cover and not even has a special pocket if you buy one separately. I know it was about the weight of the product but others have similar models with all these problems solved like Osprey Hikelite series, but those come with different problems that I'm not going to comment here. Keep up the good work!

great vid! I have a men’s paragon 58 in sm/m, how does the adjustable torso length markings match up to the measurements I have taken for my torso? I tried both extremes and the middle and still don’t have a good feel for where to set it. Similar to Sang’s question, is there a place to measure on the pack to adjust to to my measured torso length? I have a long torso for my height at just over 19” and went with the smaller size due to a very small waist that has issues with a bigger hip belt. miss the more modular hip belt system of the previous generation
